🏡 Operations Manager (Real Estate Wholesaling | Remote | Mon–Fri | $9–$10/hr) - Contract to Hire

We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate daily execution inside a real estate wholesaling business.

This role is focused on deal flow management, lead coordination, and transaction operations from initial lead intake through disposition.

You will be responsible for keeping the entire pipeline organized, moving, and accountable.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Manage wholesale deal pipeline (lead → contract → disposition)

* Coordinate between acquisitions, dispositions, and cold callers

* Track lead status in CRM and ensure accurate updates

* Follow up on leads, buyers, and active deals

* Organize contracts, documents, and transaction timelines

* Monitor KPIs: leads, contracts signed, deals closed

* Ensure no deals fall through cracks due to missed follow-up

* Experience in real estate wholesaling operations OR real estate VA/TC work

* Strong understanding of wholesale deal flow (acquisitions + dispositions)

* Comfortable using CRM systems (Podio, GoHighLevel, REsimpli, or similar)

* Highly organized and detail-oriented

* Strong communication and follow-up discipline

* Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
