We're seeking a 3D and AI Art Director to lead our creative vision and drive the visual identity of our projects. In this role, you will focus heavily on digital-first experiences and champion emerging disciplines such as 3D, AI integration, CGI, motion, and interactive activations.

You'll work closely with our design, sales, and marketing teams to deliver compelling, impactful designs that push creative boundaries and elevate the brand experience.

What you'll do:

  • Creative Innovation & Direction: Define and drive the visual identity of projects with a heavy emphasis on digital-first experiences. You'll push creative boundaries, ensuring our work is not just current, but ahead of the curve.
  • Cutting-Edge Concept Development: Oversee the ideation and execution of complex campaigns integrating 3D elements, CGI, motion graphics, and interactive digital activations.
  • AI & Tech Integration: Actively explore and integrate emerging creative technologies and AI tools into the design workflow to optimize output and spark new forms of creativity.
  • Team Leadership & Upskilling: Mentor, inspire, and challenge a team of multi-disciplinary designers. You will foster a culture of rapid experimentation, continuous learning, and technical curiosity.
  • Client & Stakeholder Evangelism: Confidently pitch and present bold, innovative creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating the strategic "why" behind experimental or high-tech visual directions.
  • Quality & Innovation Control: Review and refine deliverables, ensuring they not only hit brand objectives but also set new benchmarks for aesthetic and technical excellence.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and development teams to bridge the gap between creative imagination and technical execution.


Our ideal candidate:

  • Proven Leadership: Has extensive experience in a senior creative or leadership role within a fast-paced digital agency, creative tech studio, or high-growth startup.
  • A Future-Forward Portfolio: Showcases a stunning body of work that highlights mastery in digital product experiences, motion design, 3D assets, and cutting-edge marketing campaigns.
  • Tech-Fluent Toolkit: Proficient in standard design suites (Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud) plus exposure to or proficiency in 3D/motion software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, After Effects) and generative AI creative tools.
  • Boundary Pusher: Possesses an experimental mindset, a keen eye for micro-interactions, and a passion for immersive digital storytelling.
  • Natural Leader & Communicator: Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to articulate complex technical/creative visions simply.


Bonus Points for:

  • Deep experience working within startups, creative production houses, or tech-forward agencies.
  • A proven track record of successfully executing interactive web experiences or experiential digital campaigns.
  • Experience scaling design solutions for a diverse portfolio, ranging from agile startups to massive global enterprises.
