Job Description:

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with assigned accounts to drive premium growth and business solicitation.
  • Ensure strong renewal persistency through timely follow-ups via calls, SMS, and email reminders.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including:
  • Issuing quotations
  • Requesting policy issuance
  • Coordinating payment applications
  • Monitoring and collecting payments
  • Handling policy cancellations (if applicable)
  • Sending policies, receipts, and correspondence
  • Monitoring and following up on claims
  • Providing renewal advice and follow-ups
  • Track renewal accounts and document all assigned activities, with regular reporting to management.
  • Conduct product presentations and meetings with bank partners or clients, either remotely or onsite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • With a pleasing personality
  • With good communication skills

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
