Account Executive (Work from Home)

This is a work from home role and will be on the night shift.

We are seeking a passionate Account Executive who will be responsible for sales account development within an established geographic territory. This individual will provide a complex suite of services and robust product sets to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and grow a specific territory.

Essential Job Functions: (The reason this job exists is to perform these functions. These functions are performed regularly, seriously impacts other jobs, and there are a limited number of employees whom performance of the function can be distributed.)

  • Answer inbound phone calls, and making outbound phone calls, respond to e-mail as assigned in accordance with established service level objectives
  • Closes prospective customers using working knowledge of the BEL Promo product line
  • Generating new sales to meet defined sales objectives
  • Identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers
  • Provide account management services and consulting to current and new clients while growing the BEL Promo business
  • Maintain positive relationship with customers, and consultant, and ensure satisfaction with BP services, monitor and maintain service level expectations, and perpetuate a best in class reputation
  • Communicates relevant service updates and recommendations to both internal & external customers to ensure a level of compliance and performance
  • Remain current on trends and industry knowledge establishing self as subject matter expert
  • Performs all duties in keeping with the Company's core values, policies and all applicable regulations
  • Perform all other duties and or projects as assigned by a supervisor or manager
Essential Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • At least 2 years’ experience of Business, Marketing, Customer Service, or Sales in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer support
  • Proven track record of success
  • Regular and on-time attendance
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills
  • Well versed in Microsoft Suite
