Monroe Consulting Group Philippines, an executive search firm, is recruiting on behalf of a leading Japanese multinational electronics company renowned worldwide for its innovative printers, imaging solutions, and information technology products. This opportunity is based in Ortigas, Pasig City and offers a hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite, 1 day work-from-home).

Job Summary
The Senior Account Manager - End User will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic customer accounts across Luzon, with a primary focus on manufacturing companies in the CALABARZON region. The role is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through strategic account planning, consultative selling, and executive-level stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering value-driven business solutions while strengthening long-term partnerships with key customers.

Key Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or solution-based selling.
  • Experience in the copier, printing, IT solutions, managed services, or related technology industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience handling manufacturing accounts within the CALABARZON region is a strong advantage.

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.
