What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts- Focusing in Hyperscale Accounts

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide outstanding service

  • Prepare and manage quotes, pricing, and purchase orders

  • Process customer orders in SAP and monitor order status

  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, Planning, and Finance teams

  • Communicate shipment updates, delays, and order changes

  • Resolve pricing discrepancies, complaints, returns, and credits

  • Maintain accurate customer account records and reporting

  • Support sales activities and monitor account performance

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent; basic math & reading comprehension skills required

  • 3+ years of customer service, account management, inside sales, or order management experience

  • 3+ years experience handling customer inquiries, quotes, pricing, purchase orders (PO), and shipment tracking

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Must have high proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • SAP experience, ERP or CRM experience, Salesforce highly preferred

  • Manufacturing, distribution, industrial, telecommunications/data communications, or related industry experience preferred

The compensation for this position is typically range from $42,000-$60,000/year.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
