Acquisitions Specialist — Real Estate Sales (100% Commission, $100K+ Year One)

Full-time | Remote | Commission Only

Stop split-testing. Start closing.

We've closed 140+ deals with just two reps. No team of ten carrying dead weight — two closers, real numbers, real lead flow. We need one more killer to join and start eating.

If you've got real estate or wholesale acquisitions experience, you already know how rare this is: proven system, paid leads, zero ramp-up. You walk in and start closing week one — or you don't last.

What's in it for you

  • $100K+ realistic first-year earnings — no ceiling after that
  • 15-20% commission on every deal you close
  • PPC and website leads handed to you — no cold prospecting for scraps
  • Weekly cash bonuses on top of commission
  • Quarterly and annual bonuses for top performance
  • Full autonomy — no micromanagement, just targets and results

What we expect from you

  • Close $500K+ in revenue this year. That's the bar.
  • Own your leads — nights, weekends, whatever it takes to get the deal
  • Hit daily numbers without being told twice
  • Learn our CRM fast and use it better than the next guy
  • Show up hungry every day, especially the slow ones

The bare minimum to apply

  • 1+ year in real estate sales, wholesaling, or acquisitions
  • A real home office and 6+ hours a day on the phone
  • Thick skin, fast learner, competitive by nature
  • Real estate license is a plus — not required

Compensation breakdown

  • 15% commission on paid leads
  • Additional KPI-based bonuses
  • Quarterly + annual performance bonuses

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
