Administrative Assistant for Makati Head Office

Job Description

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Head Office.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing and expediting orders for supplies.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
  • Tracking of orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  • Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
  • Evaluate offers from suppliers and negotiate better prices
  • Maintain updated records of invoices and security and manpower service contracts
  • Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
Job Specifications:
  • Graduate of any business course
  • With at least one (1) year of experience in the same/related field
  • Must be proficient in both oral and written communication
