We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in managing office operations and ensuring efficient administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have book keeping experience.

Details:

  • Perform clerical tasks such as client and supplier invoicing, accounts reconciliation, data entry.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e.g., emails, letters, packages)
  • Assist with van fleet management and organising travel
  • Assist in bookkeeping tasks using Xero or Salesforce software
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Support the team with administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in computerised systems and software, including excel and outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic clerical procedures and office management duties
