Administrative Officer/Executive Assistant (Filipino Speaker)

Job description / RoleEmployment: Full Time We’re hiring a Filipino-speaking PA/Office Manager/Project Coordinator to support senior management and keep our Dubai office running smoothly. You’ll handle day-to-day operations (procurement, scheduling, travel, reporting), coordinate with project teams and vendors, and act as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations.Manage and supervise junior admin/office support staff.Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications for management.Organize and maintain office records, documents, contracts, and correspondence.Support budgeting, procurement, and cost control for office supplies and services; raise PR/POs and follow up on deliveries.Schedule meetings, manage calendars, arrange travel/visas, and take accurate minutes with action trackers.Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures within the office.Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion on company and employee matters.Coordinate across multiple departments, suppliers, and clients to meet deadlines.Lead document control and correspondence, ensuring proper filing (digital & hard copy) and version control.
