The Opportunity (Independent Contractor for 3 months)

We’re looking for AI Creative Specialist with a strong creative eye and a genuine interest in AI who can use AI tools to create high-quality image and video assets, then seamlessly hand them off to our design team for further development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use AI tools to generate image and video assets based on detailed creative briefs and project requirements.
  • Iterate and refine AI-generated outputs through effective prompting and creative direction until they meet the desired quality, visual standards, and brand guidelines.
  • Experiment with different AI tools, prompts, styles, and techniques to achieve the best possible creative results.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and video teams, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments to improve the assets.
  • Organize and deliver polished assets to our designers and video lead for final production and integration.
Basic Qualifications
  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail
    • able to recognize what looks visually polished, on-brand, and effective, and identify when something needs improvement.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools , including Higgsfield, Runway, Sora, Veo, ChatGPT, and similar platforms, with the ability to craft and refine prompts for high-quality outputs.
  • Fast and reliable execution , with the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Clear and proactive communication , especially when collaborating with designers, video leads, and other team members.
Employment Details
  • Type: Independent Contractor (3 months)
  • Work Setup: Remote or WFH - EST hours (40 hours per week)
  • Open to utilize Time Doctor
  • Willing to observe US holidays
  • Salary offer depends on the met qualifications or experience.
