AI Trainer - Voice Project (Tagalog) - Remote

About the role

Ebit Co., Ltd is seeking an experienced AI Trainer to join our Voice Project team for a part-time remote position. As the AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of our Tagalog-language voice AI system. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our cutting-edge technology and drive innovation within the education and training industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collecting, curating, and annotating high-quality audio samples to train and improve our Tagalog-language voice AI models
  2. Providing feedback and insights to our engineering team to enhance the accuracy and naturalness of the AI voice output
  3. Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the AI models align with educational and pedagogical best practices
  4. Conducting quality assurance tests and validating the performance of the AI voice system
  5. Documenting processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of our training workflows
What we're looking for
  1. Fluency in the Tagalog language, with excellent speaking and pronunciation skills
  2. Experience in voice data collection, annotation, or voice assistant training
  3. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for quality
  4. Familiarity with educational content development or language learning technology
  5. Proficiency in using audio editing and data annotation tools
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
