About the Role

Virtual Business Integrator, Inc. (VBI) is looking for an experienced Amazon Sales & Appointment Setter to support our growing Amazon and eCommerce clients. Instead of a traditional interview process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a Paid One-Day Sales Challenge. This is a live, hands-on assessment where you’ll demonstrate your sales skills in a real-world setting while working alongside our team.

This allows both you and our team to determine if there’s a strong fit before moving forward with employment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective Amazon and eCommerce businesses
  • Qualify leads and identify business opportunities
  • Book appointments with qualified prospects
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Update call outcomes and notes accurately
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions

Qualifications

  • Required: Experience working with Amazon sellers, Amazon agencies, or Amazon service providers
  • Previous experience in Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Business Development, SDR, or B2B Sales
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident making outbound sales calls
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

Paid One-Day Sales Challenge

As part of our hiring process, selected applicants will complete a paid one-day Sales Challenge, where you’ll:
  • Participate in a live sales session
  • Conduct outbound sales calls
  • Demonstrate your communication, sales, and appointment-setting skills
  • Receive guidance and performance evaluation from our team
