Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annotated data for AI applications.
  • Analyze data sets and extract key insights to make well-reasoned, data-driven recommendations.
  • Perform data validation and proactively identify issues to ensure data integrity and the delivery of quality and accurate results.
  • Collaborate to develop and implement data strategies optimizing search efficiency and data quality.
  • Drive process and delivery improvement by learning new delivery methodologies, AI modelling and approach to data annotation, throu[gh continuous learning and personal development

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Mastery over grammar and its more technical aspects like:

o The usage of nouns, verbs, subjects, predicates, etc.

o The ability to identify synonyms.

o Adeptness in comprehending raw inputs.

  • Passion for digital analytics and working with data to derive actionable insights and drive actions and decision-making.
  • Keen attention to details in analyzing, structuring, and organizing a variety of data and reports
  • Strong aptitude for teamwork and an initiative to communicate with teammates.
  • Flexibility to switch between working independently and collaborating with a team.
  • Ability to quickly adapt when switching between different tasks
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (ranking factors, search engine algorithms).
  • Accountability to adhere to strict levels of confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Degree in Communications, Information Science, or related fields
