AP – Marketing Manager, Lead
Job Description:
- Develop and own the overall digital marketing strategy to support brand growth and lead generation goals.
- Lead, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across social media, email, search engines, and paid advertising platforms.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies to improve online visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Manage and guide social media strategy, content calendars, and brand messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance, website traffic, and key metrics, using insights to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with design, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
- Manage email marketing strategies, automation workflows, and CRM integrations.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising budgets across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, recommending improvements where needed.
- Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to junior marketing team members or external partners, as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Lead role.
- Must have experience in digital marketing within the Australian mortgage, finance, or closely related industry.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and similar platforms.
- Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Portfolio is required.
