Our client is a fast-growing, internationally recognised App Growth Agency headquartered in Central London, working with clients across the UK, Europe and the Americas.

The company specialises in helping businesses launch, grow and scale mobile apps through User Acquisition, App Store Optimisation (ASO), creative strategy, analytics and wider app growth services.

With a growing team of mobile marketing specialists and a strong reputation within the industry, they are now looking for a data-driven and enthusiastic User Acquisition Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving growth for their clients.

The Role

As a App Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for developing and optimising strategies that help mobile apps acquire high-quality users at scale.

You will work closely with clients to understand their growth objectives, analyse acquisition performance, identify opportunities and make data-driven recommendations to improve user acquisition and long-term value.

This is a client-facing and analytical role, so you'll need to be confident working with data, presenting insights and communicating recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement User Acquisition strategies for mobile app clients.
  • Drive the acquisition of high-quality users through relevant digital acquisition channels.
  • Monitor and analyse key UA metrics including CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention and conversion rates.
  • Analyse user acquisition and behavioural data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Optimise acquisition strategies based on performance data and user quality.
  • Conduct testing and experimentation to improve acquisition efficiency and scale.
  • Identify opportunities to increase user volume while maintaining efficient acquisition costs.
  • Evaluate the quality and long-term value of acquired users.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their growth objectives, target audiences and KPIs.
  • Present campaign performance, insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Translate complex data into clear and actionable growth recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal ASO, creative, analytics and strategy teams to support wider app growth objectives.
  • Utilise attribution and analytics data to understand acquisition performance and user journeys.
  • Keep up to date with developments, trends and best practices within User Acquisition and mobile app marketing.
  • Manage multiple client accounts and priorities within a fast-paced agency environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Mobile Marketing, Performance Marketing or a similar role.
  • Previous experience working within a digital or marketing agency is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in mobile app User Acquisition or app growth.
  • Strong understanding of key UA metrics including CPI, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV and retention.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with mobile attribution and analytics tools.
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, audience segmentation and user behaviour.
  • Experience with testing and experimentation to improve acquisition performance.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between acquisition cost, user quality, retention and lifetime value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Confident working directly with clients and presenting performance insights.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Proactive, commercially minded and results-oriented.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, mobile apps and User Acquisition.
