And if you have ambitions in Facilities, join us to be inspired by the best. What this job involves Implement Client specific HSSE framework policies and procedures (SOP) for all the Managed sites. Understand, imbibe and align JLL HSSE deliverable with Client HSSE framework, policies and procedures in the city/state/country. Develop, implement and monitor all HSSE activities including training the JLL and sub-contractor staff from time to time. Reviews the HSSE risk assessment plan created by Operations team and guide them through the process documentation. Implement and monitor HSSE documentation include HSSE related statutory requirements in alignment with Client process, JLL HSSE and Contract requirements Responsibilities Working in partnership with the Regional HSSE, Area HSSE and Platform team to create and deliver an HSSE strategic plan for all the JLL managed facilities. Develop and implement Client specific HSSE framework—SOPs and Work instructions Reviews the HSSE risk assessment plan created by Operations team and guide them through the process of documentation. Keep track of HSSE documentation for all statutory requirements of Client requirements, gather environmental data, conduct environmental inspections, maintain permit compliance, and report to all regulating agencies where applicable. Develop a tracking mechanism. Develop and monitor the training calendar and provide HSSE training to on ground team from time to time Support all HSSE related activities including training the operations, JLL HSSE support staff & Contractors and monitoring their activities. Coordinate with Account Manager, Regional HSSE Manager, Corporate HSSE manager, ensure implementation of programs and report on the progress periodically. Monitor monthly HSSE audits at site & ensure the follow-ups & completion of Risk assessment and develop control measures through Client specific process. Manage the HSSE related Incidents, own the process, keep a repository of Lesson Learns, conduct training and lateral implementation. Support IFM in emeregncy preparedness programs and Coordinate to monitor Fire Fighting systems across the sites as per local compliance requirements. Ensure the general and other hazardous waste is handled & stored as per Client ’s and statutory requirements. Develop (or adopt Client Process) and operate a site Permit to Work Process to co-ordinate all parties’ contractors carrying out work at the location(s). Maintaining & monitoring the Work permit systems and related documents. Ensure the approval for all the chemicals used or to be used at site through approved process. Vendor management to ensure safe delivery of goods and services. Development of SOPs and Work instruction Demonstrated Leadership Skills Must have good communication & interpersonal skills Must be able to articulate knowledge in HSSE aspects including the Fire safety norms Should have demonstrated leadership skills to lead teams in multiple sites across different countries Should have a keen understanding of Risk assessment and the skills to align the same to mitigation and planning.
