The Role
OpenTrain is seeking an at-home smartphone motion video contributor to record first-person video and synchronized smartphone IMU sensor data while completing assigned physical activities. You will use a smartphone mounted on a head strap, with both hands visible, and follow established collection and quality procedures.
This entry-level contractor opportunity is remote, limited to eligible U.S. states, and requires fewer than 20 hours per week. Compensation is $10 to $15 per hour.

What You'll Do
You will complete assigned movement activities and record them from a first-person perspective. The work combines physical task execution, mobile technology, and accurate sensor-data capture.
You will also document observations, communicate clearly about questions, and deliver project materials according to established standards.
- Record first-person videos with a smartphone mounted on a head strap.

Requirements

Previous AI experience is not required if you can follow instructions and produce high-quality data. Background in robotics, kinesiology, human movement analysis, sensor-based data collection, activity segmentation, machine-learning dataset labeling, or organizing large datasets can be helpful.
