Authentic UGC Creators Needed for Global Music Promotion (IN, PH, PK, BD, EG, MA, ID)

We are an independent music label looking for authentic content creators from ndia (IN), Philippines (PH), Pakistan (PK), Bangladesh (BD), Egypt (EG), Morocco (MA) and Indonesia (ID) to create short-form videos for our upcoming music releases.

We are not looking for expensive productions or highly polished commercials. We are looking for real people, real emotions and authentic moments that connect with audiences worldwide.

The first project is a paid test project consisting of three original vertical videos.

The goal is to evaluate creativity, authenticity, reliability and the ability to create engaging content with minimal resources.

The three tasks are:

• Min-Max Challenge: Create a video with maximum impact using minimal resources.

• Performance / Hook Video: Create a video focused on the song's hook using lipsync, performance, attitude or emotion.

• Feel Free: Surprise us with your own creative idea.

Videos will be used across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels.

Successful creators will have the opportunity to join our international creator team for a long-term freelance collaboration, with regular paid projects throughout the year.

Please note: All hiring, project management and payments are handled through Upwork. In addition, we work with a standardized international content creator agreement to ensure legal clarity and to clearly define the rights and responsibilities of both parties. This allows us to build professional, long-term collaborations on a solid foundation.
