B2B Business Development Representative - Commission Based

Role Overview:
- Business Development Representative.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact businesses that may need CDL Class A drivers.
- Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, and company-approved channels.
- Speak with business owners, fleet managers, operations leaders, and human resources teams.
- Ask questions to understand each prospective client’s driver hiring needs.
- Explain our recruiting services, process, pricing, and agreement terms accurately.
- Follow the company’s approved sales process and service guidelines.
- Manage prospective client conversations from initial outreach through a signed agreement.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and sales activity.
- Follow up professionally with interested prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the recruiting team after a new client agreement is completed.

Resources and Support:
- Company-approved prospective client information and business contact details.
- Dialer access and approved sales tools.
- Service, pricing, and contract information.
- A guideline script and structured sales process.
- Initial training on the service and target client profile.
- Internal support after a new client signs an agreement.

Qualifications:
- Experience in business development, B2B sales, high ticket sales or a related field is preferred.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospective clients.
- Strong professional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to explain services, pricing, and agreement terms clearly and accurately.
- Organized and consistent with outreach, follow-up, and recordkeeping.
- Comfortable working under a commission-only compensation structure.
- Able to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience:
- B2B service sales.
- Staffing or recruiting sales.
- Transportation, trucking, freight, or logistics.
- CDL driver recruiting.
- Closing service-based client agreements.
