B2B Lead Generation, Business Development Representative

Job Description:

  • Generate B2B leads and set appointments for the business owner
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects
  • Handle objections and maintain a confident phone presence
  • Build and source lead lists independently in Apollo.io
  • Filter prospects by industry, geography, and decision-maker title
  • Prospect property managers, warranty companies, and commercial business owners
  • Execute initial contact and persistent follow-up cadences across multiple touchpoints
  • Book qualified one-on-one virtual introductory meetings
  • Log outreach activity and track prospecting in a CRM
  • Work independently and self-manage prospecting rhythm without manager oversight

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a B2B appointment setter with concrete results, such as meetings booked, show rates, or pipeline generated
  • Substantial outbound cold-calling experience; comfortable dialing prospects, handling objections, and maintaining a confident phone presence
  • Ability to independently build and source lead lists in Apollo.io using industry, geography, and decision-maker-title filters
  • Ability to run full top-of-funnel outreach: prospecting, initial contact, follow-up cadence, and booking one-on-one introductory meetings
  • Experience targeting property managers, warranty companies, and commercial business owners
  • Ability to book qualified virtual appointments for the business owner
  • Persistent, organized follow-up across multiple touchpoints
  • Consultative/emotional selling ability
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to thrive without an existing playbook or manager oversight
  • CRM familiarity for logging activity and tracking outreach
  • Ability to work fully independently and self-manage without oversight
  • Experience with Apollo.io for list building, filtering, and outreach
  • Experience in trades/home services businesses, with HVAC or similar strongly preferred
  • English proficiency level must be entered in the application; resume must be in English
