We are a team of domestic and international skilled developers who have broad knowledge in a wide range of technologies and frameworks for web and app designing and development. Position Overview: Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse network of remote professionals and independent contractors. - Negotiate terms, deliverables, timelines, and pricing with freelancers and contractors to establish mutually beneficial agreements. - Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, deliverables, and deadlines. - Develop strategies to improve the sourcing process and expand the pool of remote professionals available for future projects. - Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external professionals to facilitate smooth project execution and resolution of any issues. - Ensure all procurement activities adhere to best practices, organizational standards, and relevant legal requirements. Qualifications and Skills: Experience: - Proven experience in sourcing and managing remote talent, specifically through platforms like Upwork, Guru, or similar freelance websites. - Strong understanding of project-based work arrangements and managing diverse talent pools. Skills: - Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities. - Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Proficiency in digital collaboration tools and project management platforms.
