We're looking for friendly, upbeat, and outgoing people who genuinely enjoy talking to and helping others!

If you're someone who is Bilingual Spanish, patient, positive, personable, and comfortable talking with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Help customers with questions and concerns
  • Assist with billing, payments, and services
  • Help resolve customer issues
  • Work to keep customers happy and prevent cancellations

What We're Looking For:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Friendly and positive personality
  • Great communication skills
  • Patient and helpful
  • Comfortable talking on the phone
  • Basic computer skills
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but personality matters most!

Details:

  • $12+/HR
  • Remote / Work From Home

  • Must be available to work at least one weekend day
  • Hours fall between 8:00 AM–6:30 PM PST, 7 days a week
