Bilingual Virtual Assistant – English & Spanish

We are looking for a Bilingual Virtual Assistant (English & Spanish) to support our network of affiliated lawyers and law firms.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish and is comfortable making phone calls, sending text messages, typing information, and communicating professionally with potential clients and affiliated attorneys.

This is a remote position with an opportunity for long-term growth.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound calls with potential clients and affiliated lawyers in English and Spanish
  • Send and respond to SMS/text messages
  • Communicate professionally with leads, clients, and affiliated attorneys
  • Follow up with potential clients and help connect them with the appropriate affiliated lawyer
  • Collect and accurately enter client information into the CRM
  • Update lead and case information as needed
  • Schedule calls or appointments when required
  • Follow established scripts and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, texts, and follow-ups
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal referral team

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Professional and courteous communication style
  • Able to handle sensitive client information with discretion
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Call Center Representative, Legal Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Appointment Setter is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with law firms, attorneys, legal leads, or legal referral services
  • Experience with CRM systems such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Experience with lead follow-up and appointment setting
  • Experience communicating with U.S.-based clients
  • Comfortable working with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, proactive, and comfortable speaking with people on the phone. You should be able to switch naturally between English and Spanish and communicate clearly with both potential clients and affiliated lawyers.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
