The Opportunity:

Earn ₱7,000 per week for a part-time, remote Bookkeeper and Administrative Assistant role. We're seeking a highly organized and skilled professional with robust QuickBooks experience to provide essential financial and administrative support to our Australian client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly from home, contributing to a dynamic business.

Compensation: ₱350 per hour (equivalent to ₱7,000 per week for 20 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including data entry, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance.

* Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements accurately and timely.

* Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, email management, and document preparation.

* Answer and direct phone calls professionally, providing excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

* Assist with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements as required.

* Support the team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

What You'll Bring:

* Proven expertise with QuickBooks accounting software is essential.

* Prior experience with ServiceM8 is highly regarded but not mandatory.

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a professional phone manner.

* Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup suitable for remote work.

* Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week, aligning with standard Australian business hours.
