About the Role

WholeHeart Campaigns is seeking a dependable Remote Bookkeeper to help manage day-to-day financial records and maintain accurate bookkeeping processes. This is a part-time, remote contract position with flexible working hours, making it ideal for experienced professionals looking for a structured and low-stress work environment.

Job Type: Part-Time / Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including income and expenses.
  • Organize invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
  • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and bookkeeping records.
  • Prepare and update basic financial reports.
  • Ensure financial data is accurate, organized, and up to date.
Required Skills
  • Basic to intermediate bookkeeping or accounting knowledge.
  • Experience using QuickBooks .
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications
  • Previous bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or administrative experience preferred.
