A key focus of this role is <strong>outbound business development</strong>. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations with prospective partners, reaching decision-makers, generating interest, and booking qualified meetings.</p><p></p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><p></p><h3>Business Development & Appointment Setting</h3><ul><li>Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to optical centers, optometry practices, audiology centers, and other prospective partners.</li><li>Research and identify partnership opportunities in Arizona and across the U.S.</li><li>Connect with business owners and decision-makers, introduce partnership opportunities, and generate interest.</li><li>Qualify prospects and schedule partnership meetings for the client to close.</li><li>Maintain consistent outbound activity and professionally follow up with prospects.</li><li>Track leads, outreach activities, follow-ups, and appointments accurately.</li><li>Help develop an organized and repeatable outreach process.</li><li>Recommend CRM, lead-generation, or outreach tools that can improve efficiency and results.</li><li>Proactively identify new opportunities and strategies for business growth.</li></ul><p></p><h3>Marketing & Branding</h3><ul><li>Manage and support the company's <strong>Facebook and social media presence.</strong></li><li>Create and schedule basic social media content, including periodic <strong>Reels and short-form content.</strong></li><li>Assist with <strong>Shopify website updates and improvements</strong>.</li><li>Support marketing, branding, and digital presence initiatives.</li><li>Recommend tools, content ideas, or strategies that can strengthen the company's brand and support lead generation.</li></ul><p></p><h3>Medical Billing & Insurance Support</h3><p>Approximately <strong>25% of the role </strong>may involve intermittent billing and insurance-related tasks.</p><ul><li>Assist with medical billing and insurance verification.</li><li>Use <strong>Availity </strong>for billing and insurance-related processes.</li><li>Support billing related to hearing aid fitting procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate billing and administrative records.</li><li>Provide healthcare administrative support as needed.</li></ul><p></p><h3>Administrative & Operational Support</h3><p>Provide general executive and administrative support, including calendar and spreadsheet management, data entry, research, record organization, task follow-ups, process improvements, marketing support, and ad hoc projects as business needs evolve.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>At least <strong>2 years of experience </strong>in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, and/or appointment setting.</li><li>Proven experience with <strong>cold calling and email outreach.</strong></li><li>Confident in communicating with business owners and key decision-makers to generate qualified opportunities.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Facebook/social media management and basic content creation.</strong></li><li>Proficiency with <strong>Google Workspace</strong>, particularly Sheets, Docs, and Calendar.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.</li><li>Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.</li><li>Self-motivated, reliable,
