Cabin Crew - Full Time - Freshers

As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. You will work as part of a team to create a pleasant travel experience. Key Responsibilities:- Ensure Safety: You will be responsible for conducting safety checks and demonstrating emergency procedures to passengers before takeoff. - Assist Passengers: You will greet passengers, help them find their seats, and provide assistance with luggage and personal needs during the flight. - Serve Meals and Beverages: You will distribute meals, snacks, and drinks while ensuring passengers' dietary requirements are met. - Maintain Cleanliness: You will keep the cabin clean and organized throughout the flight, ensuring a pleasant environment for everyone. - Answer Questions: You will provide information about the flight, destinations, and any changes in the itinerary to passengers. - Handle Emergencies: You will be trained to manage in-flight emergencies, including administering first aid if necessary. Required Skills and Expectations:You should have good communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and your team. A friendly and approachable attitude is important for providing excellent customer service. You need to be a team player who can work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations. Candidates should be at least 12th pass and have a positive attitude toward learning. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
