What You'll Do

  • Answer and manage inbound maintenance calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests from start to finish.
  • Dispatch work orders to vendors and contractors.
  • Communicate and follow up with vendors, residents, and property managers.
  • Update and manage records in Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely status updates.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting response-time expectations.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with the team.

Qualifications

✅ At least 2 years of call center experience; or

  • Experience in Property Management or Real Estate is highly preferred.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • A strong multitasker with great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with zero to minimal supervision.
  • Dependable with an excellent attendance record.
  • Looking for a long-term career (we're seeking committed team members, not frequent job hoppers).

Technical Requirements

Your workstation should meet or exceed the following:

Computer

  • Windows 11 (preferred) or Windows 10 (latest supported version)
  • Intel Core i5 (10th Gen or newer) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000 series or newer)
  • Minimum 16 GB RAM
  • 256 GB SSD (or larger)
  • Dual monitors are highly preferred for productivity
  • Updated antivirus and operating system

Internet & Equipment

  • Stable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload)
  • Backup internet connection (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP)
  • USB noise-canceling headset
  • Webcam for meetings and training
  • Reliable power backup (UPS or generator) to minimize downtime
  • Backup computer available in case of hardware failure

Schedule

  • 40 hours per week
  • Overtime opportunities may be available based on business needs.
