About the Role
We're looking for a self-driven, results-oriented Senior Product Operations Manager for Binance Chat. You'll own the operational and go-to-market strategy, working across product, marketing, and business teams to drive measurable impact — ensuring the Chat product runs smoothly, grows healthily, and continuously improves based on data and user feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the Binance Chat product, including feature rollouts, content governance, and user experience monitoring.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to translate product strategies into operational processes and execution plans
  • Define, track, and analyze core product metrics and surface actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Identify product issues and user pain points through data analysis, user feedback, and community signals; drive improvements with relevant teams.
  • Design and execute growth and engagement initiatives (e.g., new feature GTM, user incentive programs).
  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, including SOPs, playbooks, and policies for the Chat product.
  • Work cross-functionally with Risk, Compliance, Customer Support, and Marketing to ensure product health and regulatory alignment.
  • Support new feature launches end-to-end: coordinate testing, user communication, and post-launch monitoring.
  • Represent the voice of the user internally by gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback through surveys, user interviews, and community engagement.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product operations, growth operations, or a related role in a tech or internet company.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL is a plus).
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; able to work effectively with product, engineering, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of social or messaging products; experience with chat, community, or content platforms is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus to communicate with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Crypto/Web3 industry knowledge or enthusiasm is a plus.

Why Binance

• Shape the future with the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem

• Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure

• Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment

• Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning

• Competitive salary and company benefits

• Work-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team)
