Join a world-class educational institution on a 5-month contract as a Business Operations & Executive Coordinator, offering a monthly salary of up to $/6000.

  • Coordinate commercial operations by preparing proposal documentation, revenue tracking reports, and managing pipeline data within Tier-1 CRM systems.

  • Deliver high-level executive support to regional leaders, including complex calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and multi-timezone meeting logistics.

  • Support end-to-end request for proposal (RFP) submissions, commercial contract execution, and financial invoicing processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Facilitate business development activities by monitoring client engagement initiatives, tracking sales leads, and organizing corporate outreach meetings.

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and cross-functional communications to ensure continuous business workflow during the coverage period.

skills and experience required.

  • Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience in a client-facing, executive coordination, or commercial support role.

  • Proficient in using CRM platforms and enterprise Microsoft Office suites to manage operational workflows.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage diverse internal and external stakeholders effectively.

  • Exceptional organizational capabilities with demonstrated success in managing competing priorities independently.
