Cold Calling VA

Job Summary: We're eager to welcome a confident, personable Outbound Sales & Appointment-Setting VA to help grow our business by phone. In this role, you'll move through a growing list of leads to reach business owners and decision-makers, introduce our services, and set qualified appointments that keep our calendar full. You'll also chase down leads captured by our AI receptionist, confirm bookings, and keep scheduling in order. The right candidate is a natural communicator with excellent spoken English, proven appointment-setting experience, and the persistence to get past gatekeepers and connect with the right people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Move through a growing list of 500+ leads by phone to reach business owners and decision-makers

  • Introduce our services and set qualified appointments that fill the calendar

  • Break past gatekeepers and reception to connect with the actual decision-maker

  • Chase down leads captured by our AI receptionist and confirm scheduled appointments

  • Run the booking calendar and coordinate scheduling

  • Handle light administrative tasks tied to leads and appointments

  • Take inbound calls forwarded from the main business line when needed

  • Record call outcomes, contact details, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM

  • Keep up a professional, friendly phone manner that represents the business well

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proven experience in outbound calling, cold calling, or appointment setting

  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, and professional accent

  • Confident phone presence with the ability to reach and engage decision-makers

  • Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills

  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • A quiet, professional home working environment with a stable internet connection and a good-quality headset

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in a home services, field services, or B2B appointment-setting environment

  • Familiarity with dialer software and CRM tools

  • Experience calling back and qualifying inbound or AI-captured leads

  • Able to manage a calendar and coordinate scheduling

  • Basic administrative and data-entry experience

  • Able to stay motivated and consistent in a phone-based role
