Role Description


The Collaborating Partner Accountants (CPA) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila. This role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, performing day-to-day accounting tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial reporting standards. The CPA will handle tax preparation and filings, assist clients in tax planning, and maintain accurate records to support audits and regulatory requirements. Daily activities include collaborating with internal teams and clients, analyzing financial data, providing insights to improve financial performance, and supporting the implementation of accounting best practices. The role also includes guiding junior staff when needed and contributing to process improvements within the firm.


Qualifications

Strong Accounting and Finance skills, including a solid understanding of general ledger processes and financial analysis. Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements in accordance with applicable standards. Experience in Tax Preparation, including compliance, documentation, and basic tax planning support. Active or eligible Certified Public Accounting (CPA) license and knowledge of professional ethics and regulatory requirements. Relevant bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a closely related field. Ability to work on-site in Metro Manila and collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with accounting software and common office productivity tools. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information clearly. Prior experience in public practice, audit, or corporate accounting is an advantage.
