Commercial Contracts Paralegal Hybrid Cambridge

<p>We are looking for a part-time Paralegal with commercial contracts experience to join our client on a hybrid basis, attending the Cambridge office one day per month. This role starts immediately. The initial contract is for three months, with the possibility of converting into a permanent in-house position.</p> <p>Our client is a UK-based company specialising in flexible electronics. You will support the legal counsel by reviewing a range of commercial contracts across the business.</p> <p>What you’ll do:<br /> – Manage NDAs and standard commercial contracts using existing templates and guidance.<br /> – Assist with contract reviews and contract administration (tracking, filing, and keeping workflows moving).<br /> – Support company secretarial and governance administration under the supervision of the General Counsel.<br /> – Help the legal team stay responsive and agile by taking on work that would otherwise be handled by senior lawyers.</p> <p>What we’re looking for:<br /> – Proven experience as a paralegal in commercial contracts (in-house or private practice).<br /> – Strong attention to detail, organisation, communication skills, and the ability to work independently.<br /> – A genuine interest in technology.</p> <p>We celebrate and encourage diversity and inclusion and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
