Job Description



Community Engagement & Growth

  • Build, launch, and manage community programs that connect users, content creators, and key stakeholders across the local market.
  • Partner with community ambassadors and local organizers to strengthen engagement and foster long-term community growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on community health, engagement, and sentiment trends to inform future initiatives.
  • Identify and develop community advocates to drive authentic grassroots engagement.


Social Media Leadership

  • Own the social media strategy, ensuring consistent, engaging, and locally relevant content across key platforms.
  • Adapt global content, create locally relevant social and video content, and manage real-time community engagement.
  • Leverage trending topics and social opportunities while maintaining a positive and authentic brand voice.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to align on messaging, approvals, and creative direction.


Community Events & Offline Activations

  • Plan and execute community activations, live events, meet-ups, and brand experiences in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify venues, vendors, and partners to deliver engaging offline experiences that complement digital initiatives.
  • Support cross-promotional campaigns with partners and influencers to drive awareness, participation, and engagement.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with regional marketing, product, growth, and operations teams to align community and social initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Contribute to campaign planning, creative development, and performance reporting.
  • Gather and share customer insights and community feedback to help inform product, marketing, and operational decisions.





The Successful Applicant

Qualifications

* 4-5 years of experience in community management, social media, or marketing for consumer or gaming brands.

* Proven ability to build and sustain online communities, including moderating player discussions and driving engagement.

* Skilled in content creation, social-platform management, and influencer collaboration.

* Deep understanding of the gaming and pop-culture landscape; aware of local digital trends.

* Excellent writing skills; strong localization sense and cultural fluency.

* Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with multiple approval layers.

* Basic knowledge of editing or creative tools for photo/video assets.

* Analytical mindset with familiarity in social-media and community metrics.
