Content / Data Annotator _ URGENT
Job Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and annotate text and image content based on established guidelines, policies, and classification standards.
- Accurately classify content while consistently meeting daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.
- Review complex, sensitive, or borderline cases and escalate them through the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Identify, document, and promptly report issues, inconsistencies, or potential risks encountered during the review and annotation process.
- Participate in team calibration sessions to ensure consistency and alignment in content classification and annotation standards.
- Stay updated on changes to guidelines, policies, and procedures and apply updates accurately to daily tasks.
- Maintain timely communication and responsiveness during working hours, particularly when handling urgent tasks or operational concerns.
- Perform repetitive and detail-oriented tasks with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Approximately 1–3 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
- Experience in content moderation, data annotation, data labeling, security review, quality assurance, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Background in customer service or other roles requiring careful review and handling of online content is preferred.
- Familiarity with international social media platforms, online communities, internet trends, and digital content.
- Strong ability to understand, interpret, and consistently apply detailed guidelines and classification standards.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability and quality.
- Ability to work independently, manage repetitive tasks efficiently, and consistently meet productivity and quality targets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in guidelines, processes, and business requirements.
- Willingness to handle complex or potentially sensitive online content in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Work Arrangement
- Work Arrangement: To be confirmed
- Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Must be available and responsive during scheduled working hours, including for urgent operational tasks and team communications.
