About the role

Join iOPEX Technologies Philippines Inc.' as a Content Moderator - Text/Articles. This full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila is open to fresh graduates. As an Article Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of content on digital platforms.

What you'll be doing

  • Review and moderate text-based content, including articles, comments, and user-generated material
  • Identify and remove inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content in line with company policies and guidelines
  • Stay informed about evolving content moderation trends and best practices
  • Assist in the development and implementation of content moderation strategies
What we're looking for
  • Open to fresh graduates of English, Journalism, and/or English
  • Excellent written communication and language skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly and accurately identify inappropriate content
  • Critical thinking skills to assess the context and intent of content
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for maintaining a safe and positive online environment
