Content Review and Tagging Team Leader

<p>Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Content Review and Tagging Team Leader to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of driven individuals dedicated to making a difference in the industry.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities: </strong></p><ol><li>Facilitate, coach, and supervise a team of Content Moderators and Tagging Specialists.</li><li>Track daily attendance, schedule adherence, and productivity.</li><li>Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings.</li><li>Encourage and enable the team performance to achieve KPIs.</li><li>Analyze performance trends and develop action plans to address gaps.</li><li>Align all moderation decisions with client guidelines and company policies.</li><li>Escalate policy ambiguities and high-risk cases to Operations.</li><li>Conduct calibration sessions with Quality Assurance (QA) and Trainers.</li><li>Handle and support employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and documentation.</li><li>Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.</li><li>Coordinate with Workforce Management regarding staffing requirements.</li><li>Foster employee engagement and maintain a positive working environment.</li><li>Support change management initiatives and process improvements.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred.</li><li>At least 2 years related experience.</li><li>Minimum 1 year leadership experience.</li><li>Experience in Content Moderation or Trust & Safety is an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and people management skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.</li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><em>At Temu, we are proud to be an employer that builds a diverse community.
