We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Administrator (Remote) to join our Gracenote Contracts team in Revenue Operations. This role is a key partner to Gracenote’s Sales team, working closely to support all aspects of the sales contracting process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting and managing the full lifecycle of contracts, from initial drafting to execution and renewal. The Contract Administrator requires a thorough understanding of contract law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.

The Contracts Administrator will be supporting a dynamic sales environment and drafting licensed data agreements for Video, Sports, Studio System, Music & Auto verticals for Gracenote, with the ability to work with sales reps, leaders, and cross-functional teams in different international and domestic time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for managing the full lifecycle of sales agreements, including drafting, execution, renewal and termination. Ensure that each stage aligns with sales objectives and is completed efficiently.

  • Drafting & Customization: Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, to prepare, draft and tailor SaaS agreements.Ensure the terms accurately meet client requirements and Gracenote’s sales goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: ensure seamless management of Gracenote sales agreements and coordinate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Product to streamline contract workflows, maintain compliance and facilitate timely execution.

  • Compliance & Standards: Implement and uphold Gracenote’s contracting standards, ensuring all agreements adhere to legal requirements and Gracenote’s strategic objectives to secure revenue.

  • Coordination: Work directly with Sales Leadership to prioritize agreements, coordinate and manage necessary approvals, and finalize terms that align with Gracenote’s objectives in collaboration with Legal to finalize contracts.

  • Policies & Procedures: Implement new contract acceptance policies and procedures to increase Contracts, Sales, and Legal efficiency.

  • Salesforce & CRM Management: Use Salesforce as the primary tool to generate, oversee, and update contracts while ensuring high standards of data hygiene and integrity.

  • Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of experience in contract administration or related role

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Strong knowledge of contract law and business practices

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google workspace, and contract management software

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in Salesforce

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management systems is a plus
