Contract Manager, Market Access Contracts

Abacus Service Corporation is seeking a Contract Manager, Market Access Contracts professional for a pharmaceutical industry role. The position manages end-to-end contracting, including drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements, collaborating with Market Access Strategy and Legal teams, and ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end contracting process for assigned accounts
  • Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Market Access Strategy team on new strategies
  • Liaise with Legal and internal partners for contract development
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years in contract drafting and negotiations for pharmaceutical commercial contracts
  • Advanced understanding of legal and business aspects of pharmaceutical contracts
  • Broad-based contracting experience across multiple customer segments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Experience with Sandoz Contract Lifecycle Management system
  • Background in managing agreements with Contract Operations
