Creative Project Manager (Beauty & Luxury)

Key Responsibilities
Creative Traffic & Resource Management- Manage and prioritize all incoming creative requests across multiple stakeholders.
- Allocate work effectively based on team capacity, project priority, and deadlines.
- Monitor team workloads and proactively rebalance resources to maximize efficiency.
- Ensure projects are properly scheduled and progressing according to plan.
- Build, maintain, and manage detailed project timelines from creative brief through final delivery.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Lead daily stand-ups, project status meetings, and workflow reviews to identify blockers and keep projects moving.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Review creative assets before internal and client review to ensure they align with:
- Creative briefs
- Brand guidelines
- Technical specifications
- Quality standards
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail, ensuring typography, layouts, color profiles, formatting, and production specifications are accurate before delivery.
- Identify and resolve quality issues before work reaches clients.
- Act as the primary liaison between Account Management, Creative, Production, and other internal stakeholders.
- Translate client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for the creative team.
- Ensure everyone involved has visibility into project priorities, timelines, and expectations.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration across departments.
- Prepare clear and well-structured project briefs, meeting notes, status updates, and internal documentation.
- Maintain project tracking systems and ensure all stakeholders receive timely updates.
- Communicate project risks, changes, and priorities professionally and proactively.
- Foster alignment through organized, concise, and effective communication.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Project Management, Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Creative Project Management, Marketing Project Management, Creative Operations, or Traffic Management.
- Experience working with creative teams including designers, copywriters, and production specialists.
- Strong understanding of creative production workflows from briefing through final delivery.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting Beauty, Luxury, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands.
- Experience working in a creative agency or marketing agency environment.
- Familiarity with digital, print, social media, and marketing production processes.
- Experience working with distributed or remote creative teams.
