Role Overview

We're hiring a Marketing Creative Operator to own and execute across creative strategy, design and marketing systems.

This is a design-forward role, and strong visual taste and execution are essential.

We're looking for someone who:

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  1. Creative Strategy, Design, and Execution
  • Contribute to developing and executing creative ideas for:
    • Email campaigns (Klaviyo)
    • Paid social (Facebook/Instagram ads)
  • Create high-quality, on-brand designs in Figma for email and paid social
  • Ensure a strong visual standard across all creative output (art direction, layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing)
  • Bring new angles, hooks, and concepts consistently (not just execute briefs)
  • Iterate on designs quickly based on performance and feedback
  • Build emails in Klaviyo
  1. AI Workflow Implementation
  • Use AI tools to:
    • Generate and refine creative ideas
    • Speed up design, copy, and research
    • Improve internal workflows
  • Experiment and bring new tools/processes to the team

We're looking for someone who actively experiments with AI and finds ways to work faster and smarter.

  1. Systems, Organization + Admin
  • Maintain clean, structured systems across:
    • Google Suite (Sheets, Docs)
    • Asana or Notion
    • Creative files (Figma)
    • Dropbox
  • Track performance and organize data for decision-making
  • Ensure nothing falls through the cracks. You naturally create structure and clarity wherever things feel messy.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

  • Consistently generating and executing new creative ideas
  • Noticeably improving organization across projects and systems
  • Using AI to increase speed and quality of output
  • Requiring minimal hand-holding
  • Proactively identifying what needs to be done without waiting for direction

Requirements

Tools (Proficient or Quick to Learn)

  • Figma
  • Google Suite (Sheets, Docs)
  • Asana/Notion
  • AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Higgsfield, etc.)

Bonus:

  • Experience with ad creatives or email marketing (Klaviyo)
