Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and creative Creative Writer who is passionate about storytelling and has experience writing scripts for films, short videos, and audio dramas. The ideal candidate is imaginative, detail-oriented, and capable of creating compelling narratives that engage audiences across different media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write original scripts for films, short-form videos, audio dramas, and other creative projects.
  • Develop story concepts, character profiles, dialogue, and story outlines.
  • Collaborate with directors, producers, and the creative team to refine scripts.
  • Revise and edit scripts based on feedback while maintaining creative quality.
  • Conduct research to ensure story accuracy and authenticity when needed.
  • Brainstorm new ideas and contribute to content development.
  • Meet project deadlines and manage multiple writing assignments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Communication Arts, Creative Writing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in scriptwriting for films, audio dramas, podcasts, theater, or digital content is preferred.
  • Excellent command of Filipino and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong storytelling, dialogue writing, and creative thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of screenplay formatting and scriptwriting techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Portfolio of previous scripts or creative writing samples is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in adapting stories for different media platforms.
  • Understanding of film production and audio storytelling.
  • Strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Creative, organized, and able to accept constructive feedback.
