Job Responsibilities : The position will reputed company excellent customer service for our customers that will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and updates to reputed company files. Specific Duties Include : • Answer customer inquiries on the telephone and by email. • Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and communication with customers as reputed company as internal departments. • Schedule services and coordinate schedules with the Install Department • Update file with reputed company customer interactions recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as reputed company as resolutions. • Follow up to ensure that appropriate changes were made to reputed company customers' problems.
