Customer Service Representative, Bilingual – Spanish, Part-Time, Weekends

Job Description:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers
  • Complete call center representative functions effectively and professionally
  • Receive and handle customer telephone questions and complaints
  • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide personalized customer service
  • Manage and update customer profiles with customer status
  • Coordinate with departments to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Build customer loyalty by meeting customer expectations
  • Evaluate customer problems and provide logical, lasting solutions
  • File customer disputes in accordance with Regulation E
  • Reply to corresponding emails
  • Establish and maintain effective coordination with other departments and management
  • Keep the supervisor informed of significant problems
  • Correspond with the Fraud Department regarding potential fraudulent activity
  • Maintain effective working relationships with the operations department

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • English and/or bilingual English & Spanish
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
  • Ability to share work among a customer service team
  • Attentiveness and patience
  • Time-management skills
  • Must reside in the United States and be work authorized
  • Transcard is unable to offer visa sponsorship
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Availability for the specified Eastern Standard Time schedule: Friday-Sunday, 12pm-8pm EST
