Role: Customer Support Representative (Japanese-speaking)

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: Any CS PH Branch - Makati/Ortigas/Pampanga/Cebu

Schedule: Mid/Night Shift

Job Description:

We are currently on the lookout for a new Japanese Speaking CSR to join our team.
  • Handle inbound Japanese customer support calls confidently.
  • Resolve Level 1 inquiries using clear processes.
  • Log and update tickets accurately in HubSpot.
  • Escalate complex issues to internal experts.
  • Follow call handling and documentation standards.
  • Perform ticket clean-up during downtime.
  • Improve FAQs, scripts, and support resources.
Qualifications and requirements:
  • Fluent Japanese, spoken and written.
  • Professional phone-based customer service experience.
  • Clear, confident, and engaging communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using ticketing systems like HubSpot.
  • Adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Reliable, self-directed, and process-oriented mindset.
