Cybersecurity Associate (Entry-Level | Graduate Program)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Cybersecurity Associate to join our Talent Accelerator: Leaders Graduate Program, designed to develop the next generation of cybersecurity and IT security professionals. This entry-level role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives that strengthen digital resilience, protect organizational assets, and promote secure user practices across the organization.You will assist in developing security awareness materials, supporting monitoring and reporting activities, coordinating training programs, and contributing to key security projects that enhance organizational readiness and capability-building.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates with a strong interest in cybersecurity, information security, digital resilience, and working in a multicultural, technology-driven environment.
We are particularly interested in candidates with strong academic performance (High Distinction / Distinction level) and active involvement in extracurricular activities such as leadership roles, volunteering, student organizations, or research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding, monitoring, and documentation of web applications in a cloud-based WAF platform
- Assist in tracking project progress, risks, and deliverables across cybersecurity initiatives
- Help implement and monitor AI security tools, including reporting and user awareness activities
- Support cyber risk/due diligence activities, including vendor evaluation and requirements gathering
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders
- Participate in training, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning activities
- Provide administrative and coordination support across cybersecurity projects
Qualifications
Education & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates (within the last 2 years)
- Internship, capstone, or coursework in cybersecurity/cloud/risk management is an advantage
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles (CIA triad, threats, vulnerabilities)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or OWASP Top 10 is a plus
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Exposure to Python, PowerShell, Excel analytics, or Power BI is an advantage

- ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)

Reporting & Coordination
- Support project tracking (milestones, risks, dependencies) and status reporting
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and documentation
- Maintain organized project records and repositories
- Ensure adherence to internal security, risk, and compliance standards
Work Arrangement
- Onsite work (5 days/week)
- Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Manila Time)
- Flexibility may be provided based on operational requirements
