Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Analyst / Data Enrichment Specialist to support database integrity, lead generation, and marketing operations. This role focuses on maintaining clean, accurate, and actionable data across multiple platforms while supporting event, marketing, and sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate is meticulous, fast, and highly proficient in Excel, with experience working across CRM and marketing databases.

Key Responsibilities


    •  Identify and remove duplicate agent records in Insellerate using email addresses and mobile numbers 
    •  Maintain database accuracy through ongoing manual cleanup and validation 
    •  Audit email lists to identify invalid or non-compliant addresses that may impact campaign deliverability 
    •  Generate targeted call lists from platforms such as Mailchimp, SlickText, and RETR based on location, production metrics, and partner status 
    •  Build and manage Excel-based datasets using advanced formulas to cross-reference multiple sources and eliminate duplicates 
    •  Register agents for events by retrieving and verifying contact data from internal databases and external online sources 
    •  Accurately input and manage registrations within Eventbrite 
    •  Extract agent testimonials from post-event SMS campaigns 
    •  Format and enhance testimonial content using Canva 
    •  Coordinate with the web team to update and publish testimonials on the website 
    •  Collect and digitize agent referral data from physical lists following events 
    •  Input and organize referral data into internal systems for future marketing and follow-up

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data cleaning, deduplication) 
  •  CRM/database experience (Insellerate, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) 
  •  Strong data hygiene and validation skills (email auditing, duplicate removal, accuracy checks) 
  •  Experience building segmented marketing lists (location, performance, engagement metrics) 
  •  Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, SlickText, RETR, and Eventbrite 
  •  Ability to manage and structure large datasets across multiple sources 
  •  Experience with event registration and post-event data processing 
  •  Basic marketing support skills (testimonial extraction, formatting, Canva use) 
  •  High attention to detail and strong data accuracy mindset 
  •  Strong organizational skills and ability to work with repetitive, high-volume tasks
