Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Encoder to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting productivity and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities

  • Enter, verify, and update data into company databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Review documents for completeness and correct errors before data entry.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information.
  • Organize and manage electronic files and records.
  • Perform routine data validation and quality checks.
  • Generate reports and retrieve information as requested.
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding missing or inaccurate information.
  • Follow company procedures, deadlines, and data security policies.
  • Assist with other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.
