About You As a Data Entry Expert, you are responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. Your attention to detail ensures that information is consistently clean, reliable, and organized, supporting key business operations and enabling data-driven decisions in the fast-paced tech and blockchain industry. Key Responsibilities: - Accurate and timely financial data entry, including invoices, expenses, and transactions. - Ensuring data integrity and precision to minimize errors and discrepancies. - Learning and adapting to various software platforms and banking systems used across different countries. - Collaborating with team members to maintain consistent data standards and processes. - Providing support in financial analysis and reporting as needed. Requirements: - Proficiency in Xero, Zoho Books, Merit, and/or QuickBooks is a must-have - Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google sheets- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Capacity to learn and adapt to different software and systems.- Background in business management or related field preferred - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.- Prior experience in data entry or related roles is advantageous. - Blockchain knowledge is a plus Other Details: - Full-time Remote - 40 hours per week - Independent Contractor setup Pay: Php34,000.00 - Php36,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - On a scale of 1–10, with 10 being the highest, how proficient are you in using QuickBooks? - How many years of experience do you have as a Virtual Bookkeeper? - What is your expected salary?
